Start with a cooler made for the shipment you are preparing. The shipping kits in this catalog list an EPS foam cooler, a fitted lid and a corrugated outer carton. Cold packs and the contents being shipped are sold separately.
Looking for a styrofoam shipping cooler?
Check the material stated on the product listing. Our shipping cooler kits are identified as EPS foam packaging. Compare the specified material, usable inside dimensions and package contents rather than relying on a general shopping term such as “cool box” or “styrofoam cooler.”
Small foam coolers for shipping
A small cooler needs enough room for the fully packed item, refrigerants and cushioning. The dimensions shown for our cooler kits are inside dimensions in inches. Check how many complete kits are included per case when comparing order quantities.

Large and bulk foam shipping coolers
For a larger packout, check all three inside dimensions and the layout of the contents. A larger container may require a different refrigerant arrangement; size alone does not establish temperature performance. For repeated or higher-volume shipments, provide your required quantity and delivery destination when requesting a quotation.

Check what is included
Cooler kits, insulated liners and gel cold packs are different catalog items. A reflective liner listing does not include the carton or cold packs unless the listing specifically says so. Review the selected product configuration before submitting an inquiry.
Plan and test the complete shipment
Temperature performance depends on the contents, starting conditions, refrigerants, handling and transit conditions. Validate the full packout for its intended route. A packaging dimension or material name alone does not guarantee a cooling duration.
